ALL MODELS WITH MAZDA CONNECT – CANNOT SELECT NEW SONG OR DIFFERENT SONG PLAYS WHEN USING iPHONE WITH BLUETOOTH AUDIO

Some customers may report that when using their iPhone with Bluetooth audio that they cannot select a new song or a different song will play.
- If the customer selects a different song, most of the time it will continue playing the current song.
- If the customer should select the current song again, it may start playing a different song.
This concern is only present with iOS 9.3 and happens when playing the “Top 25” via Bluetooth audio.
Please instruct the customer that they can report this to Apple to assist them in diagnosing and repairing the issue in their next iOS release. They can report it by logging in to this link using their Apple ID: https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
