2007-2010 CX-9 – BLOWER MOTOR STAYS ON AFTER KEY OFF

2007-2010 CX-9 built before JM3 TB**** A* 227576 (May 17, 2010)

Front or rear blower motor staying on intermittently after ignition key is switched to the off position.

The condition may be difficult to duplicate.

This may be caused by a faulty front and/or rear blower motor relay.

A new and improved blower motor relay has been developed to correct this concern.

Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following inspection and repair procedure.

If customer complains about an intermittent front or rear blower motor operation after ignition key is switched to the off position, replace both front (A) and rear (B) blower motor relays.
