2016 CX-9 – DO NOT UPDATE THE MAZDA CONNECT SYSTEM WITH AN EARLIER VERSION OF SOFTWARE
The 2016 CX-9 have the latest MAZDA CONNECT software (Version 58).
DO NOT attempt to update with the software version available on MS3 (Version 55). If you update to an earlier version of software, the CMU will need to be sent in and reprogrammed. Contact Technical Hotline if this happens for shipping information.
