2013-16 CX-5, 2014-16 MAZDA3 AND MAZDA6 – CREAKING NOISE FROM FRONT LOWER ARM BUSHING
Some customers may notice a creaking noise from the lower arm when driving over road bumps at 20-40 km/h. This is caused by stick-slip of the front lower arm bushing.
The noise occurs when the road surface is wet or after a car wash and becomes more noticeable as the speed bump gets higher.
If multiple repairs have been attempted or the vehicle is out of VIN range of TSB 02-001/16 (Mazda3) or 02-010/16 (CX-5 and Mazda6), contact Hotline.
