Mazda Connect “NO SIGNAL” Message in Reverse
Some customers may complain about the rear view monitor showing a “NO SIGNAL” message in Reverse. A poor electrical connection at connector C-16 may be the cause.
A simple disconnect and reconnect of connector C-16 may resolve the customers concern. Connector C-16 is located at the left side of the trunk (sedan) or cargo area (hatchback). C-16 trunk connector (sedan) is shown.
