MAZDA3 (MEXICO BUILT) – DRIVEABILITY CONCERNS AND/OR FUEL SMELL/LEAKAGE WITH DTC P0451
If a Mazda3 (Mexico built) comes in with driveability concerns and/or fuel smell/leakage with DTC P0451, USE CAUTION when disconnecting the evaporative hoses during vehicle inspection.
Raw fuel can accumulate in the hoses and saturate the evaporative canister causing fuel spillage when disconnected.
