Mazda Mobile Start (MMS) Issue – Mazda

There is a known issue with Mazda Mobile Start (MMS) where the MMS APP will not start the vehicle.


If a customer comes in with this issue, disconnect and reconnect the battery to reinitialize the system and then make sure the MMS APP will start the vehicle.

If the system still does not work, follow normal troubleshooting procedures.

  • Inform the customer that this is a known issue and a fix is being worked on. They do not need to re-register the system.
